For Upgrading My Old 486/66 To A HP 200 Maybe know I can Start To Put A Dent In My Back Log Of Names. So That I Will No Longer Need The Apology Below.

My Apologies
To those who have Sent their names and additional information that I have not added yet. The project has become very large and even though I work on it almost every day, it is impossible for me to keep up. I will continue to add the names and information as quickly as I can.

Thank You All
For Your Support

OX Division 1978 - 1979
U.S.S. INDEPENDENCE

"Conn . . . ASCAC, I think we have a sub about three miles away."

"ASCAC . . . . Conn,

Thanks guys, he's on the surface going down the port side."

The men of OX Division man a tightly locked space
called ASCAC. Which, as everyone knows, means
Anti-Submarine Classification and Analysis Center.
ASCAC is really the heart of INDY's Anti- Submarine
Warfare capabilities. By analyzing and evaluating
data received from the Air Wing's S-2's and helos,
these skilled technicians can pin point a submarine

The ASCAC was later called the TSC (Tactical
Support Center) and supported the S-3A Viking
and SH-3D Sea King. In the navy's infinite wisdom,
they then changed Combat to the Combat Direction
Center (CDC) with each warfare specialty as a module
so the TSC became the Anti-Submarine Warfare
Module (ASW Module). During this time frame we
supported the S-3B Viking and the SH-3H and the
SH-60F Seahawk. Finally, as the Indy's story was
coming to a close, it became the TSC for the last time.
